🎖 Celebrating 20 Years of Service & Leadership 🇱🇷🇺🇸 The African Association of Central Texas (AACT) proudly honors one of our own — a devoted servant, a community pillar, and a true example of excellence. He is not just a founding member of AACT, but today he continues to serve as the Director of the Board of Directors, guiding our vision with wisdom, dedication, and strength. A proud Liberian 🇱🇷 by birth, he has carried his heritage with pride, representing his people with dignity while building bridges across the African community in Killeen and beyond. His passion for unity and progress has made him a key figure in CAAMFA and a voice for collaboration among Africans from all walks of life. This year marks a remarkable milestone in his journey — 20 years of distinguished service in the United States Army. Two decades of sacrifice, discipline, and honor stand as a testament to his resilience and commitment, not only to this nation but also to his community. His military career is a reflection of strength and perseverance, qualities that also shine through his community work. In AACT, his leadership has been invaluable. As Director of the Board of Directors, he has shown foresight, courage, and consistency. His presence at the heart of AACT ensures that the African community in Central Texas continues to have a strong foundation, a united voice, and a guiding hand for the future. Beyond the uniforms and titles, he is a man of service — a mentor, a brother, and a friend. His journey reminds us that greatness is not measured only in rank or position, but in the lives one touches, the unity one builds, and the legacy one leaves behind. Today, we celebrate him with gratitude and pride. May his story inspire the next generation to serve with honor, to lead with integrity, and to love their community wholeheartedly. We congratulate him on 20 years of military service and a lifetime of leadership, and we pray for greater strength, success, and blessings in the years ahead. 🌟 #AACT #DirectorOfTheBoard #20YearsStrong #LiberianPride #CommunityLeader #ServiceAndLegacy

This is resilience in motion—beyond words, beyond limits. A mother. A friend. A sister. A trailblazer. Ladies and Gentlemen, meet a founding executive member of the African Association of Central. When duty called, SPC Yetna did not hesitate—she answered with courage and commitment to serve the American people. In the face of injury during basic training, many would have quit. But not her. Days turned into months, and still, she pressed on—undaunted, unshaken. She graduates from Basic Combat Training—not just as a soldier, but as a symbol of strength, perseverance, and purpose. Let her journey be a call to action: To rise, to serve, and to never give up. 🇺🇸🌍#fortcavazos #family #fortcavazos #killeen #forthood #killeentx #temple #waco #love #thankyou
