We have TWO upcoming artisan markets this year! Applications are now open for both Pop Up Get Down and Christmas at Casa. Follow the link in our bio to access both application forms! Read below for more information on each market.
☀️ Pop Up Get Down
📅 August 27 | 5-9PM
📍 Rotary Square, Casa
This outdoor Pop-up Market is in conjunction with our final Upside Downtown concert of the year. Last year, 1700+ attendees enjoyed this event at Casa. Local Artists, Artisans, and Crafters are encouraged to apply for inclusion in the final party of the summer. This is a curated market, and spaces are limited. Deadline to apply is May 30, 2026.
🎄 Christmas at Casa
📅 Friday, November 20 | 5:00PM - 9:00PM
📅 Saturday, November 21 | 10:00AM – 5:00PM
📍Throughout Casa (indoor market)
We are excited to host the 13th edition of Christmas at Casa, Lethbridge’s premier fine arts and craft market. Kick off the holiday season with this cherished tradition where magic meets creativity! Last year we welcomed over 6,000 shoppers to Casa over the 2-day sale. The AAC is inviting local artists, artisans, and makers to be part of this special event. All applications undergo a jury process, ensuring the market features a diverse collection of quality vendors. Deadline to apply is June 30, 2026.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday for Jane's Ride: Rolling Views! It was a great day celebrating 2 new bus vinyl wraps designed by local artists Kellen Spencer (kellensp_) and Gillian Goerz (gilliangdotcom), and touring 16 artworks across Lethbridge! We hosted 78 participants over the two artists talks and tours - the buses were brimming with support and enthusiasm! @cityoflethbridge Rolling Views is a pilot project that reimagines how public art can be experienced. By bringing artwork directly into neighbourhoods, the initiative fosters connection, encourages exploration, and celebrates shared civic spaces.
The artists were commissioned to develop original, large-scale designs that reflect the vibrancy, diversity, and character of the community. Now complete, the wrapped buses will circulate on regular transit routes for approximately one year, expanding access to public art and creating moments of visual interest throughout the city.
Rolling Views is presented by the Allied Arts Council of Lethbridge, in partnership with the City of Lethbridge Public Art Program and Lethbridge Transit for @janeswalkleth . A big thank you to Helen Schuler Nature Centre for lending us the ListenTALK earpieces. Use the hashtag #ArtBusYQL if you spot the buses!
