As the days grow colder and darker, many people feel drawn indoors. This season is therefore a wonderful opportunity to pause and look inward. Sometimes all it takes is a question – and some time to think about it.
Let’s travel through our thoughts together, accompanied by music.
What to expect
We meet in a beautiful yoga room with a maximum of 10 participants. After a few gentle stretching exercises to release tension, we settle in on blankets and pillows.
In the first part, I will ask a question and then play a track. While the music is playing, you are invited to reflect on this question.
In the second part, you can simply be with the music—and with your thoughts.
Duration
You will be on site for 75 minutes; the session itself lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Location
Annica, Burgherrenstr. 11, 12101 Berlin (U Platz der Luftbrücke).
Costs
€18–24 per participant (price range according to your income, self-assessment).
Water & tea included.

For the latest edition of our Groovegewandt series, Berlin-based DJ aaandscha delivers a mix that flows effortlessly between soulful rhythms, warm grooves, and subtle dancefloor energy. With a refined sense for dynamics, she blends organic percussion, deep basslines, and melodic warmth into a set that feels both grounding and uplifting. Her mix is an invitation to drift: unhurried, detail-rich, and full of groove - a sonic portrait that shows how elegantly soulfulness and club aesthetics can merge.
There is no bad weather with the right music. Looking at the sea while playing some warm, dubby and groovy tunes was the perfect strategy to go with the (water) flow. The sound was one to travel for.
