We originally had a different concept with custom signs and special messages to share… but in true last-minute creative fashion, time said “lol, no.”
While rehearsing, Lex spotted Yuki’s photo by the TV and instantly knew that she needed to be on stage with us.
Yuki brought so much joy, chaos, laughter, and love into our home. When she left, the silence was incredibly loud. We didn’t realize just how much life she carried until she was gone.
This performance is for the dog we got as kids… the one who watched us grow into who we are, loved us through every version, and helped shape our little family.
We miss you so much, Yuki. Thank you for teaching us a deeper kind of love.

We are constantly exposed to war footage, crisis headlines, economic fear, and stories of suffering.
Even if it's far away, your brain doesn't really know the difference. So our brains can enter a low-level stress response without us even realizing it! (Wild!!?)
Our bodies start holding stress in subtle ways. (Tight shoulders, clenched jaw, fatigue, overwhelm.)
So that's why we are doing this, because what's happening in the world is MASSIVE, complex, and just overwhelming! We need to process it, express it, and move it.
You don't have to carry the entire world in your body to care about it!
A regulated more connected you is more present, more CREATIVE, and more capable of contributing to the world. :)
