what a journey. my first attempt of a 100k race. and it was a attempt - not a finish I was coughing the days before the race. wanted to stop at 40k, but the best people pushed me to keep on going. so we kept going from aid station to aid station. changed shoes and shirt at 55k and started to feel a bit better. then the wind came and was so strong it was difficult to breath. cough was getting worse. made the adult decision to withdraw from the race. it was hard, as my legs felt strong. but there will be a next one. and I'd rather have many more than just the one. still did 75k and 4000m of elevation. so quite happy about that achievement 🥵 thank you @utct for the adventure. & the best crew and cheering squad 🫰🏼 thank you for pushing and cheering from afar #utct #100k #experience #ultratrail #withdrawn #adidasrunning #adidasrunnersmunich #terrex #trailrunning #traillove #chasingdreams #cheering #support

she a @chimarathon finisher 5th marathon - 2nd major last weekend was filled with many emotions, and there is nobody I would have rather shared them with than you @thrsa_s course was harder than expected. but it was never an option to not finish. I remembered that I get to run this race. track and field - 800m 💥 it was my fist time running that distance. some call it long distance, I usually don't even tie my shoes for that. but it was a blast. enjoyed it maybe a bit too much. it felt (mostly) easy and it didn't even last 3 min. my happy place I tell people: do what you love. and I certainly do what I love. I started trail running some years ago already. my colleague, now friend, asked me to go on a trail run with her pretty much, exactly 5 years ago. on june 11, 2025, I fell in love with something I didn't know will be such a huge part of my life now. I don't get out to the mountains that often as I wish to, but it's an absolute pleasure and just pure joy and happiness that goes through my body. I am happy to share the passion with so many others and get people to start trail running. as long as you love the mountains and running - it's for you! it's all in your head. just get out and do it.
