Artists portrait or working sessions are a favorite around here. They can include so much more than a just a profile pic although those are important too.
Processes, materials and tools, inspiration, the space you work and how you move in that space all provide context and texture for your work. It’s amazing to be able to share that space with you, even for a short amount of time.

It was Black Hound Clay Studio Wests 8 YEAR Birthday! Just a minute ago, so I’m a little late but here are some images from its most recent glow up, that I’ve photographed anyway. They are constantly working to make the space better, usable and comfortable (and dare I say it pretty:)
I don’t do weddings but I do love event photography. It gives the opportunity to work with a wide range of subjects in a single day. The flowers from this reception at the Michener Museum, so lovely!
