At Your Service is the bts look I would've eaten up when I got started. Oh, to be a fly on the wall when decisions are being made or being able to see and hear the language being used that closes contracts and THE PROCESS of creating... I LOVE a good, well thought out process.
Seeing it helps me stop wondering "How are you organizing it all?" and inspires me to take real action.

Nothing guarantees repeat clients and customers, but these 2 things have kept my brand at the front of my clients mind and have ensured that if they dont select a retainer, they WILL come back!
1. Professionalism and organization. Im honest, and I let them know what to expect from the beginning and prep them for any bumps in the road.
2. I over deliver. I try to find ways to go above and beyond. That could look like extra content (if time allows) or a quick strategy or perspective shift. Whatever helps them achieve their goals with efficiency and clarity.
Bonus... This should be a given but AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Customer service is becoming a lost art form but as a a millennial who came from the "service with a smile era" and a decade of managerial experience and a warm personality, customer service is a must.
