To stand on stage surrounded by such strong, inspiring athletes and battle for an overall title was something I will forever be grateful for. I am incredibly proud of my client Audree. She just won the Overall at the Las Vegas Pro-Am in Fit Model this weekend. We knew exactly what the standard was for this division. It was very helpful for Audree and I to do a diet break prior to the show. It allowed us to see that her glutes filled out pretty well and pretty quickly. So we knew to keep her conditioning a little softer before we started bringing her food up for this show. We didn’t chase extreme conditioning or try to edge out in any area that was unnecessary. We kept her metabolism rich and managed the stress. We brought a package that was full without being extreme. It was perfectly aligned with what the judges are looking for in this division. FIRST BODYBUILDING SHOW. Show day was more than a competition to me — it was a reminder of how powerful, inspiring, and resilient this sport can be. Standing on stage beside such incredible athletes and battling for the overall against someone so talented was truly an honor. @feliciathebeast So much work, discipline, sacrifice, and heart goes into these moments, and I don’t take a single second of it for granted. Grateful for every lesson, every challenge, and every woman who stepped on that stage and pushed me to be better! I also couldn’t have done any of this alone. @a1audree @aud_aciousfit is stepping into her first Fit Model show, and let me tell you, this prep has been a physiological experiment. She just started a completely new career in the Vegas nightlife scene doing bottle service. We are talking late nights, crazy hours, and a massive shift from her old day schedule. On top of that, she is trying to hold a calorie deficit and push cardio to get ready for the stage. It is a lot of stress on the system. When you throw that much at the body, you can easily trigger a fight or flight response. The metabolism gets protective. So, what did we do? We hit the brakes. We actually bumped her calories up slightly to help her body adapt to the new, demanding work pace. We fed the machine. And you know what happened? She looked leaner. By giving her body the resources it needed to handle the new stress, we built a richer metabolism and set her up perfectly for this final, short grind phase. Shows are won in the trenches. It is not about starving yourself. It is about choosing the right golf club to swing for the lie you are in. Audree trusted the process, and now she is bringing a full and tight package to the stage.
