Sooo so many years of this. Been involved in sports/athletics nonstop since I was around 8 years old playing Pop Warner football 😂Swimming, tennis, volleyball, track, XC, rugby… it feels strange training without having a concrete end goal now. Sometimes I wonder why I’m still putting my body through this when it would be so easy to take a step back, work my 8-5, go home and munch on some chips 🤣 But then I feel the high again when my body is pushed to its limit and achieves what I never thought was possible…and I don’t stop. It’s my addiction. And I love it.
I’m ready for this new year, new possibilities, and new highs 💫 whatever may come.
