How extremely lucky am I to have a friend like
@moraisr ? She is kind-hearted, empathetic, generous, insanely intelligent, most hardworking, thoughtful, supportive, bends time for people, sooooooo fun and much, much more.
Every year since 2020, she’s designed and launched large-scale wall calendars in support of the BIPOC design students at George Brown College. BIPOC students continue to face disproportionate challenges due to systemic racism, including barriers related to mental health, housing, food insecurity, and access to education. All proceeds from the calendars directly support emergency aid for students navigating these inequities.
I am so excited to share that I will be joining a wonderful group of designers to contribute to the 2026 edition. My July was inspired by play, daydream and a touch of magic. If you’re interested, head over to
