Lineup announcement #10, Guest performer - @kyron_jake Kyron Jake Anthony, a professional dancer with a lifelong passion for dance since the age of seven, hails from Oxford. His journey includes securing world & European titles with the International Dance Organisation. RedBull Dance your style 2024 UK winner representing UK at the world finals. After graduating from the University of East London, he’s graced stages alongside Anne-Marie on The Greatest Dancer and supported headline artist Stormzy at Reading and Leeds Festival. His talents have taken him internationally, performing in NewYork at the RoseHall Lincoln centre, Lithuania, Amsterdam, Hamburg and in Athens X SNF Nostos festival. Kyron has also contributed to notable projects with Hiphop Theatre Company BoyBoy such as Project R.E.B.E.L, a Sky Arts film, Free your Mind HipHop Theatre Production directed by Danny Boyle. Krump Kyron’s main Dance Style has also played an important part to his career contributing to the latter earning an Olivier Award with Traplord Created by Ivan Blackstock. ❌ 13th of December | 7:30pm | @theyardcoatbridge

Lineup announcement #8, joining us for the first time - ‘Transitions’ @crassp_k , @nnicolette._ & @papaya.pniel ‘Transitions’ is a collaborative piece from Miya Pniel, Chris Kane and Nicolette McCormack. The piece features Whacking, a dance style started by gay Black and Latino men in the clubs of 1970s Los Angeles. Through this dance style founded in resistance, the piece highlights how transition is part of the shared human experience; while our trials and tribulations might be unique to us, they have the power to unite us for collective change. ❌ 13th of December | 7:30pm | @theyardcoatbridge
