join us for home.office.01: a design symposium curated by ondrea wheeler.
like mushrooms and trees, humans live through connection. a web of places, people, and memories roots us and allows us to grow. as our web extends, so does our understanding and expression of home.
home.office.01 is exhibition, event, and meshwork, gathering together toronto-connected makers and artists whose work is both grounded in, and proliferates, a close attention to the relationships that make a home.
oriented by the material and the ethereal, our conversations, installations, and offerings will explore home as a lively convergence: leather and hand and scent and energy, story and texture and mineral and chance.
exhibition opens july 19th.
12-6 pm. space unltd. 1213 bathurst st.
followed by MATERIAL - a discussion with the home office network on the tactile aspects of home. sounds by brendan philip. food by chef arush singh. wine by dont worry wines.

I have a bunch of these shirts left over from @vancouverartbookfair 2017. Made of organic cotton in a unionized factory from some nice folks below the border and freshly washed by your’s truly. DM to purchase starting at just $20 🔥🔥🔥 with all of the proceeds going to @aclu_nationwide
I also pledge to continue to pay attention to what’s going on with the human rights laws in my country.
Any extra $$ will be sent to @aclu_nationwide . If you don’t want a t shirt but you do want to support a group that puts in serious work to protect the rights of all people, then head to the link in my bio and make a donation.
