We met Julie through Nicolas from Telescope Café.She is charming, quiet and surprising like her look: the look of a young Parisian girl at the first view, then you discover tattoos and a strong personality.Self-taught chef, she pays homage to seasonal products, her food is elaborated and at the same time straight forward.Currently she is chef at Montezuma.
