🦋🦋🦋 〈The Winterborn Butterfly〉
is the central theme of these works. It explores a state of being that creates its own conditions for survival even within adverse environments.
The fractured butterfly-like form in the composition suggests the possibility of change emerging through rupture and collision, while the intense colors reveal traces of vitality that persist within it.
The color accents placed throughout the works function as traces of relationships and presences intervening in this process of transformation.
These works capture the moment in which new order and possibility begin to take shape even within conditions filled with chaos and conflict, while also reflecting the process through which life is continuously reconfigured through relationships and experience.

Centered on the idea of the “still point,” a moment of quiet clarity within continuous movement, the exhibition opened with a memorable evening of shared presence, conversation, and reflection.
We are also grateful for the thoughtful panel discussion hosted by The Bank Foundation, which offered an inspiring exchange on art, technology, and regional cultural economies.

At Lindsay Museum, the group exhibition STILL POINT: Everything moves, One remains brought together distinct perspectives and visual languages in one shared space, creating a meaningful moment of dialogue.
The lingering gazes on the works and the conversations that unfolded around them made the exhibition feel especially vivid and memorable.
I hope the atmosphere and lasting resonance of that day stay with us for a long time.
