After particularly difficult workdays, I would find myself wondering if these bosses spoke the same way at home with their families.
Perhaps out of spite or fear we might surpass them with our advanced knowledge, their insecurities manifest as tyranny, both at home and in the workplace.

This is a literary mosaic inspired by Rwandan fathers, and it holds a very special place in my heart.
To mark the debut, I'm giving away 10 copies.
Post it. Share it. Get someone to order it, and you're in.
Let's get it in the right hands.
To everyone who helped me bring this to life, thanks for challenging me, listening to me and just for checking in.

To everyone who has read FIASCO and shared your thoughts with me—thank you.
It's only been three months, and already this book has traveled further than I imagine and sparked conversations I never anticipated.
Your feedback has shown me parts of the story I didn't see myself. You've brought your own experiences and observations, making the book something larger than what I wrote alone.
To those reaching out about future conversations and collaborations—I'm grateful and excited to host more of these dialogues. There's so much more to explore together.
Thank you for reading and sharing with your people. Thank you for responding. Thank you for being here.

An old church built in the Belgian colonial era (1930's) in @rwamaganadistrict was reimagined and redesigned by Year 2&3 Architecture students in the SPRK Academy which included students from Rwanda and Uganda.
SPRK is an initiative by @ndindahub and @curat_east to bridge the divide between learning and practice.
Mindblowing how they maximised the little space and made such a strong case with how they would go about it, if they were to revamp and give it a makeover.
