This is the first song titled “Chain” off my new EP. Had an immense amount of fun building the TouchDesigner session for this one with @_undouble using his Orbbec camera. A lot of what we created that night was the starting point for the visuals layer used at @moonjelly_au festival.

Transgression is out on all streaming services now. My friend @_undouble helped me make this little audio reactive visualiser for it on TouchDesigner. This track is the second single off my EP “Other Forces” which is dropping April 10th, I’m very excited for people to hear the whole thing.

Decided to switch it up, using the orbbec camera for depth data on this one rather than body tracking. This makes it much easier to handle multiple people and tracking movement when only part of the body is tracked

Feeling so blessed to get the opportunity to create visuals for @coki_dmz .
The energy everyone brought was absolutely unreal. Lots of love to @tigerclub_au & @overload.5000 for building a beautiful space for people to share their weird and wonderful love of dubstep.
Felt inspired to create something with a more hand-drawn look. Felt a bit rusty drawing the animation frames for the blinking eyes, but I'm happy with how it turned out overall.
I chose this song, End Of the Sky by Thallus, to experiment with projection mapping onto a painting for a few reasons. Not only do the slow, dreamy drums make the audio reactivity easier to work with, but the song will forever remind me of my teenage years, driving through the streets of Nelson BC, which is the setting of the beautiful painting my mum @mayer.glenys made for me.
