This collection, created by a team of designers from Shih Chien University, explores concrete as something more than just a material - almost like living skin. Inspired by the city and its textures, cracks, and layers, the pieces feel like architecture turned into clothing.
Created as part of their graduation project, it creates a feeling where the body and the environment blend together, and where clothing becomes an art piece.

A team of designers from Fashion Styling & Design Communications Department at Shih Chien University Kaohsiung work together to create Betonhaut. This collection translate Neo-Brutalism into fashion, where concrete becomes skin and clothing becomes architecture. Inspired by cracks, layers, and joints found in the city, the collection reads the body like a structure, imperfect, layered, and alive. Bold silhouettes, fragmentation, and reconstruction trace how cities and people break, rebuild, and evolve together, wrapping the human form as a second skin. Created as part of their graduation project, the project blurs the boundary between the built environment and the body.
