So yesterday I jumped on @ClassPass to see what I wanted to do and ran into @puresweatdc and AMAZING! Your own personal Infrared Sauna session for 45 mins while either listening to music, meditate or watch your shows. You know I love a good show so that’s what I did. You can change the lights to whatever you want the focus to be whether it’s lymphatic, skin, detox, etc etc! So dope, I’ll be back for sure! #Sauna #DMV #TKTIPS

Today was so motivating and fun! @msf.y.t_community has an all women running club where every Sunday morning we meet up and run in DC. She also add some work outs in between! Highly recommend 💕 | She also loved TK TIPS juice 😊 Wait is almost over!
