Attendance is one of the greatest barriers vulnerable children face in accessing education. By providing daily pick-up and drop-off services, we are able to maintain attendance rates above 90%, helping ensure students arrive consistently, safely, and ready to learn.

Forging partnerships that move beyond paper. 🤝 Today, we formalize our collaboration with Makati High School—establishing a coordinated, two-way support system for students navigating vulnerable circumstances. Behind every system is a child—sometimes quiet, withdrawn, unsure. Sitting in class carrying more than what’s visible. Underperforming not from lack of ability, but from what they’re facing beyond the school gates. Through this partnership, early signs don’t go unnoticed. Concerns raised within the classroom are met with timely, structured response beyond it—while students under our care are supported within the school through consistent monitoring, coordination, and follow-through. This is not just a referral pathway—it’s a shared framework for identification, intervention, and continuity of care. Because support, for many, is not automatic. It has to be built—intentionally, collaboratively, and in real time.

Poverty is what happens when survival becomes normal. When instability is normal. When neglect is normal. When chaos is normal. And when that’s all you’ve known… your brain doesn’t learn how to grow. It learns how to survive. So even when opportunity shows up… it doesn’t feel safe. It feels unfamiliar. And most people will choose what’s familiar… even if it hurts them. That’s why real change isn’t about giving more. It’s not about things. It’s about consistency. Structure. Stability. It’s about creating an environment… where something different finally feels normal. Where safety is normal. Where learning is normal. Where being cared for is normal. That’s what we’re building. And that’s how you start to rewire a life.

Consistent nutrition changes everything. For the past two years, Cimory has quietly and consistently added real value to our children’s daily nutrition—supporting their growth, their focus, and their future. Partnerships like this don’t just provide food. They build stability. They build strength. They nurture futures.

Live Like Jesus Fellowship We don’t teach religion here. We teach understanding. Our kids aren’t taught to fear God, feel guilt, or follow blindly. They’re taught to think, to reflect, and to live the teachings of Jesus in a real way. Yes, they read the Bible. But we guide them to look deeper—to find meaning, not pressure. Identity, not shame. And that’s where our Christian volunteers come in. They bring consistency, care, and perspective— real people showing up with real intention. Stepping beyond the walls of a church and into the community, choosing to live what they believe—freely, personally, and in action. Because you don’t need a building to practice what you preach. You just need to show up. This is about balance. Holding on to what is good, and guiding it in a way that protects the hearts and minds of our children. Whether faith-based or not, the goal is the same— raising young people who think deeply, act with compassion, and understand their value. Because following Jesus was never about religion. It was always about how you live.

Intentional purpose. This swimming day brought together children who, through psychosocial assessments and ongoing monitoring, have been identified with symptoms of depression. Hosted by social worker @ohanner and family in their home, the space was created for grounding, peace, reflection, and healing. You may only ever see the smiles—but knowing a child goes beyond what’s visible. We look deeper.

A day at the Mind Museum with 58 kids and a global team of volunteers 🌍 Different countries, different stories—one shared experience of curiosity, learning, and joy. Huge thank you to @me.girasol for sponsoring this entire experience, @seebautista for turning the trip into a party with the buses 🚌🎉, and @kristinelbautista for making sure everyone was fed and happy. Are you having any fun? Because we definitely are.

Mikmik 🤍 From the streets to a life-changing opportunity. Mikmik has just been accepted into Food for Hungry Minds — a scholarship school that invests in children who consistently show excellence, discipline, and heart. Since kindergarten, she has never missed a step. Honors every year. Perfect attendance. Quietly doing the work behind the scenes. No complaints, no acting out — just steady, humble effort and a spirit that speaks for itself. All this… while living on the streets. This is what resilience looks like. This is what potential looks like when it’s protected, supported, and believed in. And this moment wouldn’t be possible without Ate Lilli — who has stood by Mikmik from the very beginning. Your belief, your consistency, your love… it matters more than words can say. Thank you for walking this journey with her. To Mikmik and her family — we are so proud of you. This is just the beginning. Keep going. We’re with you all the way. 💫
