MACGUFFIN AWARDS | DID YOU KNOW?
As Property Masters, you know the tireless work, attention to detail, and creative mastery that it takes to bring stories to life through props. However, outside of our community, our craft has gone largely unappreicated and uncelebrated. Two years ago, we launched the MacGuffin Awards to change that.
This year, as we are striving to amplify the MacGuffin Awards, we need your help. Expand the impact of the awards; submit your qualifying projects here before submissions close on Wednesday, June 10th.
We encourage you to submit your own work - as with most award shows, the majority of last year's applications were self-submissions-as you can provide the most detailed information about your work on your projects.
We also strongly encourage you to reach out to your producers, Production Designers, and Studio PR teams for your projects to encourage them to submit on your behalf or notify them you are submitting your project for consideration.

Submissions for the 2026 MacGuffin Awards are now open. You do not need to be a member to submit.
Submissions will close on Wednesday, June 15th.
On Saturday, September 12th, the Guild will host The MacGuffin Awards to honor the achievements for our craft's artists. It is the only award show for props in entertainment.
