The date is 28 September 2024, Call time is 07:30 AM at Benchwarmers Sports Club Ilovo , where arrive from different ends of the city to come together and form of beautiful community of GOOD VIBES!!!! We kickstart the day with an amazing 6km run around the beautiful neighbourhood of Rosebank, cheering each other on through hill sprints that almost took as out but of course we conquered the hills. We had a very refreshing run back to our start point where we welcomed by an ICE BATH!!!🧊🧊🥶🥶 Now I have been very nervous to do this because it just seemed very far fetched, but because of the endorphins we had released from the run, I felt like I could do about anything and so I went in! We all went in! Not once but twice!! What an exhilarating experience ! Your body just tingles with so much joy as it cools down! Myself & @reeboksouthafrica started off with a 5km run in @gibagorge Adventure park, a place surrounded by nature. Along the way we experienced some obstacles, but we managed to conquer the difficult trails we faced together as a team and as a community. Being closer to Mother Nature is the best part of exercising outdoors.
