40 today. What a ride. So looking forward to this next chapter of my life. To move, to grow, to learn. In the first four decades, my biggest lessons have been … hold out for real, deep love. It’s completely worth it. Invest in your relationships/ friendships - they give life the most meaning. Bad experiences do not make a bad life. Take risks, life will reward you for it. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Try not to compare your life or yourself to others, it steals your time & your worth. A good therapist will change your life.
