Sometimes the weight of carrying a business takes its toll. I have made work a priority (work is important) but have continued to neglect my personal health. I am feeling the effects of that for sure especially because I’m not a spring chicken anymore.
I have already begun making major changes for health improvement but having a support group only adds value. Thanks to those we keep encouraging me. 🫵🏻💪🏼
