The 60th ⭕️lympia is upon us this weekend; the Super Bowl of bodybuilding. The top bodybuilders in the world that have qualified for this event fly in from all over the world to compete against each other to determine who is the best in the world. When you really put that into perspective it’s quite amazing really.
If you’re a pro bodybuilder or coach, The ⭕️lympia is always going to be the end goal - The Dream!! To be an ⭕️lympian is something that stays with you forever! However it’s not as easy as you would think. To make it to the ⭕️ you have to be at the top percent; an Elite. Many will try and the harsh reality is only the few will make it during their career. @6daypro and I traveled the country for years to compete against the best and win a pro show so we could fulfill our goal together to make it to the ⭕️…and that we did. In 2022 we made it to the big dance…These 2 Bay Area kids were going to the ⭕️lympia!!
When I first started coaching I never in my wildest dreams would have thought I would be an ⭕️lympian Coach. It was so far fetched it was something I never really even thought about. But throughout the years you just keep getting better. Remaining a student so you can continue to learn and elevate your game. The dream started to become more and more into existence and then into reality.
Being at the ⭕️ not just as a spectator but as a participant was just unreal. Until this day I still get goose bumps about it and the emotions are still raw. A moment that will forever be etched in my history that no one can take away from me.
I look at my current roster now and I see so much talent not just with my IFBB pros but amateurs that also have that dream of making it to the ⭕️ and it gets me fired up!
So here’s to the #DreamChasers who #NeverGiveUp!! Here’s my little piece of advice…”Dare to dream BIG…then do something about it!!”

TB Report Card for the Fresno Classic 🐝
This show was STACKED!!! I was SUPER impressed with the athletes at this show especially in the True Novice divisions! WOW! Just WOW! FRESNO you brought it!!!
I had the pleasure of coaching two amazing athletes for this show. With all they had going on in their busy lives they were able to push through their preps and stick to their assignments. They brought very competitive packages amongst some very fierce competition. Super proud of you two!!!!
@meganbertlow - 1st time athlete had the stage presence of a veteran competitor. Smooth graceful transitions that complimented her physique. Very bright future ahead for this one!! Megan took home:

@tanyathorpe1 - 2nd time competitor with a new and improved look from her first show. Lifestyle Client Transformation 💫
Super proud of my client @havertransport for completing 3 rounds of The Lifestyle program!
This transformation wasn’t just physical - his mindset, discipline and confidence was also transformed.
During this process and getting to know Harvinder we both shared a common interest and love for the movie Fight Club and would often use quotes from the movie during our check ins.
Early on I told him, “My goal is to get you looking like Tyler Durden ( Brad Pitt ) in Fight Club. Just you watch!” - I don’t think he quite believed me when I initially told him that. But that didn’t stop him from trying!
Now as we wrap up his 3rd consecutive program and Harvinder is now at 5% body fat - we can both honestly say…the goal was met ✅
But the train doesn’t stop here!
A new goal has been set! And we are now in the process of making it happen!
New goals. New mindset. Same relentless work ethic!
