It’s called Period After Opening — once a product is opened, that’s when the clock starts ticking.
Most items have the recommended duration of the PAO on the back of their label with a number and a “M” (6M, 12M, 24M, etc) After that, they might irritate your skin or lose their effectiveness.
MY TIP: Label your products with the opening date to keep track and replace them when needed!

Let’s talk sales in general, especially Black Friday & Cyber Monday, repeat after me — just because it’s discounted does NOT mean you need to purchase. Here are my three expectations to the rule:
1. It’s a replenishment or replacement: a product you already use or need to update something you own because of wear
2. Adding something to your closet because it makes sense with what you already own and can create additional outfits with the item
3. Have had your eye on a piece for some time and it’s now marked down
Everyone is guilty of this however, don’t GIRL MATH your way into a purchase!
