This class embodied what I love about dance and I’m glad I got to share it with so many dear friends. Thank you to my communities and my people for making me both a better dancer and a better person. @pursuit.of.passion@alliancedance1998@stanfordfreeflow@ononestudios and so so many more. Y’all are what made the Bay special to me. I hope it continues to be special for every new and returning dancer that steps into that world.

Another shoutout to Migo who helped me choreograph and Miggy for filming and editing the footage. They both just get it. Miguel’s are built diff I guess.
Finally, I’m so happy there was high turnout at the pre-workshop session, because freestyling is an integral part of hip hop dance. I hope people continue dancing together and holding space to be authentic. Thank you again everyone! It’s never truly goodbye, so please keep in touch! 🫶✌️
