The summer solstice marks a magnetic moment of high sun. It is a LAUNCHING pad for your greatest self. We are offering the community to join us in chanting long Ek Ong Kars for 2 1/2 hours, tomorrow June 20, at the Ho’okipa cliffs.
Long Ek Ong Kar is a POWERFUL mantra from the Sikh lineage and interpreted through kundalini yoga as a pivotal mantra for the aquarian age. The mantra moves kundalini energy up the spine through all the chakras into a toroidal field around the body. It extends the aura and strengthens our channel as a bridge between heaven and earth. To practice this on solstice is to magnetize yourself for your own upgrades.
We will meet to the right of the pillbox at the Ho’okipa cliffs. Dress appropriately for wind and sun. All are welcome.
We tune in at 4:30. Please arrive slightly before hand and bring anything you need to sit on.
