There’s something special about taking a dining experience you truly love and reimagining it through a completely different lens. For us, that started with Omakase.

The precision. The pacing. The surprise of each course. The storytelling through flavor.

Now, we know we aren’t the first to explore the idea of a Pizza Omakase, but we were incredibly inspired to apply the concept through our own perspective and experiences.

We asked ourselves… what if we approached pizza the same way a chef approaches an omakase menu?

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been developing a curated tasting journey showcasing unique slices inspired by different regions, cultures, techniques, and unexpected flavor combinations. Every slice is meant to feel intentional. A progression. An experience instead of just a meal.

We recently put together a private trial run with the chef, and walking away from it, we genuinely felt like we’re onto something special.
This is more than pizza.
. Its creativity, culture, experimentation, and hospitality all colliding at one table. We’re beyond excited to continue refining this concept and eventually share it with the world. Stay tuned for future dinners, collaborations, and events. This is only the beginning.
