We are delighted to be showing the artworks of @foolishhoney at Soft Edges, for their debut exhibition ✨ Joshua Coles Braun, also known as Foolish Honey, is an artist of Scottish and Dutch ancestry from New Zealand, now based in Berlin. Joshua’s curiosity is expansive, exploring painting, wearable sculpture, and performance art. Currently Joshua is occupied with the world of dreams and intuition, using subconscious movement to gather data before threading it into surreal and animalistic compositions.

Our final live act for the evening will be the amazing @_theotherwithin_ ⚔️🌹 aka TOW. Berlin based gender-punk TOW wields her voice like a sword — from soaring highs to deep and heavy shouts — she explores the idea of neo-medievalism: tech lords, oracular AI, digital feudalism — calling an army of love to hoist the banners of rebellion against fascism.

We are very excited to have @valentingiuseppe showing some paintings at Soft Edges 1! 🪸 Pepi Schikowski’s paintings engage with shifting structures of power and hierarchy through a visual language that combines humour, intuition and expressive colour. Drawing on mythological and storytelling frameworks to explore masculinity, vulnerability and eros. Through playfulness and ambiguity, familiar visual codes are unsettled, allowing multiple readings to coexist. Within this, figures appear in states of exposure and instability, where strength no longer holds as a fixed condition. Photo - @seamus.platt
