Dit is een deel van de toppers die dit jaar zijn geselecteerd voor de Noorderzon Fotoclub. Onder leiding van @janwesterhof duiken zij de komende maanden in alle ins & outs van fotografie met als doel te vlammen tijdens het festival.
Studio Boter wordt hun vaste honk: dรฉ plek waar ze samenkomen, experimenteren en groeien.
Afgelopen week trapten ze af met hun eerste meeting, waarin ze meteen aan de slag gingen met onze cirkelopdracht. (Pssstโฆ jij kan ook nog meedoen)

Our second participating artist is Simone Viola!
Simone Viola always uses photogarphy as a starting point for her work, but for this exhibition she is giving us the privilege to behold one of her mixed media pieces! Within her work certain themes reoccur, like nostalgia, the female experience and the helplessness that comes with being a part of this world. Simone Viola
Not being held back by realism but motivated by seeking its boundaries is the fuel with which I move through the world as an artist. Eternally curious and with an eye for aesthetics, I like to look at mundane elements of life through a lense of wonder.
