SIM is a queer Palestinian artist from Sydney who now lives and works in Naarm Melbourne. Moving through RnB and Pop, his music often sits in the quieter parts of emotion, shaped by lived experience, identity and the relationships that surround him.
SIM’s work is less about big moments and more about the small ones that stay with you. The things left half said, the weight of memory, the strange mix of calm and chaos that can exist at the same time. His songs are personal and reflective, coming from a place that values honesty over polish.
Growing up between cultures and communities has shaped the way he sees the world and the way he writes about it. His music doesn’t try to resolve everything. Instead it creates space to sit with feeling, letting listeners find their own meaning inside it.
