Blueberry Muffins | gluten free| no egg | no dairy
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
1 ripen banana
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground flax (soaked)
1/4 cup plant based milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions: blend oats, almond flour and hemp seeds in a high speed blender until completely ground.
Add all other ingredients except baking powder and blueberries
Once blended, add to a mixing bowl and add baking powder, mix well then add blueberries and mix well. Add to a muffin pan with parchment holders
Bake on 350 for 30 mins
