The Elephant World Sanctuary rescues elephants from the logging industry as well as street beggars and the circus. They are pampered and roam free, never having people ride or abuse them again 🩵🐘
The Po Lin Monastery was absolutely stunning on the inside, but no photos were permitted inside the temple itself. A very peaceful end to a perfect trip. We also made it over to the Wisdom Trail that has the half trunks of trees arranged in an infinity symbol.
