Karese Tracy Alysia Francis š¦
Itās hard to find the words because how do you begin to say goodbye to someone who was only just getting started? Karese was only 3 months old when she was called home. We still donāt have all the answers, leaving us with a lot of questions, confusion, and heartbreak. But what I do know, without a doubt, is that in her short time on this earth, Karese made an impact that will last forever.
She was so sweet, so peaceful, and always smiling. I honestly donāt think I ever heard her cry. She had this calming energy, as if she was too gentle for this world. And though her time with us was brief, it was beautiful. She brought joy into every room, and she reminded us of pure love in its most innocent form.
To my sister Shanise and to Kareem I see your pain, and I feel your heartbreak. Losing a child is something no parent should ever have to endure. But please know, you are not alone. Our entire family stands with you. We cry with you. And we will heal with you.Shanise, Iāve watched you love and care for all your children with such strength, such dedication, and such a big heart. You are a mother like no other. And I want you to know, as your sister, that your children are my children too. I love them all equally. I would do anything for them, anything. Because they are a part of you, and you are a part of me.
To our family though we are hurting, I know our love will carry us through. Through every storm, there is always a light. And Karese is that light. She is now our angel baby, watching over us, smiling down with those beautiful eyes and that gentle spirit.
And while we canāt hold her in our arms, we will forever hold her in our hearts.
She will always be near.
In the sunlight that warms your faceā¦
In the soft breeze that brushes your cheekā¦
In the laughter of her siblings, in the quiet moments of reflectionā
She is there.
In the little things we do each day⦠she will find us, and we will find her.
So today, we donāt just say goodbye. We say thank you.
Thank you, Karese, for blessing us with your presence.
Thank you, Karese for the love you gave in your little ways
Thank you Karese for reminding us just how precious life is.šļøš¦
