Hi everyone! I have promoted training several times, but this time there is something a little bit different and may work better for the ones who are looking for something smaller and not as costly. Below is how it works!
$50 One Time Plan:
1. Email me at
[email protected] and include what you want to work on, what equipment you have available, what time you're usually available for training, your age, and proficiency.
2. I will reply once I get your email, then allow 24-48 hours for me to notify you that your plan is ready. (Please note that times can be sooner than advertised, and they can also be later depending on races happening, and time differences.)
3. Upon payment your plan will be sent to you via email. Changes can be made upon request at no charge to suit your schedule if it doesn't already. (If you would like to change the program to help you improve on a different area of your training, that will be a separate transaction)
$150 Per Month Program:
1. Email me at
[email protected] to lock in your spot! Also include what equipment you have available to you, what tracks are near you, what days they ride, and your age as well as proficiency.
2. I will reply within 24-48 hours. Once you hear back from me we can begin with creating a plan that best suits you and your needs, and any changes that need to be made can be made at almost anytime. The plan will be make week-by-week to best suit your schedule and goals.
