Grateful for new opportunities, my clients, my camera bestie, and my supportive family.
This was my last workout to carb deplete before my show on May 2nd. After a 13 year hiatus I wasn’t sure what to expect or what kind of shape I could get into again. In the end, I feel I surpassed anything I was able to do before as a younger man, and glad that I went through process and did the work. Grateful for the guidance from @dave_pulcinella and the tremendous video skills of @_sbmotion and the culture of @trainingcentergym .
Still in the gym, still eating the meals, staying lean for Short King Spring and who knows what’s next!

Meet Jocelyn.
Not here for fame, attention, or followers. We are here for passion and pushing our body and mind to its limit. She’s a true embodiment of what Presa Kilo stands for. When asked what her mission was, she said, “Bodybuilding is a passionate hobby of mine outside my normal life. My mission is to show women what they might be capable of… being both an intellectual corporate baddie AND this strong feminine embodiment.” Jocelyn is a shining example for all women, both in and out of the gym.
