Announcing the first addition of Mindful Mixes
Music is important (at least for me) for getting your mind in the right headspace for yoga, meditation, or your flow state. Personally, I love listening to deep house and jungle vibes when I practice yoga, but I’ve struggled to find mixes that fit my taste, SO I’ll be making my own. A blend of organic house beats, ethereal electronica, and jungle rhythms to guide your mind and body. I hope each track will inspire mindfulness, deep breathing, and a profound connection with the present moment.
