Melodies have not always been a strength of mine but once I saw @taw0o0 on my FYP I was inspired to play more to my strengths! They have an aray of beautiful loops of so much musical potential on their page and I thought why not take one somewhere unexpected. The New York/London Drill production cadence will forever remain as my favorite style of the Hip Hop genre. I believe that It’s highly syncopated yet simple drums are a challenge worth attempting for every beat producer!

Afro-Futurism has always been a core pillar within my production style. I believe that Jigga and Ye’s Watch The Throne album will go down as the greatest contribution to this art style. After hearing Franco’s horns I felt a jolt of inspiration that was synonymous to when I heard the chorus on “Lift Off”, immaculately done by @beyonce . It was far beyond coincidence that her vocals are in the same key as Franco’s magnificent Sample, so it felt only right to fuse everything together alongside my unique production style. I rejoined my Alma Mater’s rec center in search of ankles and buckets and came up with back pain and some forgettable offensive possessions 😭
