The project 924 Porsche is still going — yes, fully hand-built, on my own time. Recently, I completely redid the front and rear seats in a new style, closer to the vision I originally had. It’s not perfect, but it’s honest — full of character.
Next up are the door cards. And here’s where it gets tricky: I don’t have professional leatherworking tools, so I work with what I have. Call it garage philosophy — less glamour, more creativity and grit.
I decided to keep parts of the original leather from the seats — it’s not in its prime anymore, but that’s the beauty of it. The whole process feels more like restoration than customization: you’re not just creating something new — you’re having a conversation with the past.
Sometimes that means working on the floor, taking longer, putting in more effort — but every stitch is mine. Every screw, too.
The project isn’t done yet. But even now, it’s becoming the art piece I always imagined.

In this series, I reinterpret the ancient textile technique of ikat through the language of contemporary urban expression. Instead of threads and dye, I work with spray paint and gesture, creating rhythmic waves of color that echo the woven pulse of fabric.
