On the 21st of March I put on and headlined my first ever show - When Hip Hop Meets Theatre. To say the show was an overwhelming success is an understatement and part of me is still soaking it in. The success means all the more considering how little time we had to organise and promote it and to add to that the size of the venue we did it in for an upcoming artist like myself. To all the supporting acts - I am forever grateful for your presence and support. To the choir who dedicated late night and early morning rehearsals until 3 AM in Budiriro with me to make this possible - thank you, may your efforts be rewarded. To the friends and family who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly - your presence in my life is invaluable. To those who attended and celebrated the evening with us - your energy is infectious and a performer’s joy. To the person who delivered a gift package for me before the show - I cherish you more than words can express. 21 March, 2026 - the night When Hip-Hop Met Theatre. We will be back with more, so soon. 📸: @hooligan.ati @tamuthecreator @lennoxthephotographer

21 March, 2026 - the night when Hip-Hop Met Theatre. To everyone who joined us and supported us, I thank you. To those that will join us and support us, I thank you in advance. To those who worked tirelessly to make this possible, may Grace and blessing locate you. To Hip-Hop, the culture that moulded and shaped me - this is my love letter to you. See you soon.

This Saturday the rappers are coming outside! They told us that Hip-Hop didn’t belong in places like theatres so we’re here to change that perception! On March 21 Hip-Hop Meets Theatre at Reps Theatre, Harare! Tickets are available at Reps Theatre, Trinity Pharmacies in Harare and will be available at the door on the day; are we gonna see you there? #hiphop #zimmusic #fyp

On 21 March I’ll be putting on and headlining the first ever Hip-Hop show at Reps Theatre - and I’ve got some special guest performers to assist me with that! In the lineup I’ll be joined by RayKaz, Jason Gwanzura and Thuthukani Ndlovu. These three’s talent and skill have made them giants in their respective spheres and make for an unforgettable supporting cast for the show! If you want to see what happens When Hip-Hop Meets Theatre make sure to buy your tickets whilst they last, ticket info in the second slide!

In an era where output is constant, clarity becomes the real flex. In this 60-second editorial conversation, RayKaz speaks on creative mastery, influence, restraint and the decision to step back once the work has spoken. From winning Album of the Year @zimhiphopawards_ to redefining his relationship with making music, his reflections trace what it looks like when an artist reaches understanding rather than urgency. This is not about noise. It’s about knowing when to speak and when to let the craft stand. Eureka Afrika Zimbabwe
