For all my Volvo homies that have a hard start because of the silly temp sensor going bad. Was diagnosing an intermittent start and I always do the easiest 3 if there is fuel, spark and air present
I do the crank position sensor first, it's easier on the 7/9 chassis and it's a 10mm bolt dead giveaway is if your tach doesn't move at all when cranking then I continue to the maf, first you unplug it and see if cranking characteristics change. If it starts easier with the maf disconnected the maf is bad
just swap a known working one on the end of the hose and plug in to verify before you bolt it back down.
Once I rule these out I move on to the temp sensor. This time it was in fact the culprit.

Ezpz battery relocation, just a test fire, next is to route beefier cables from the alt, main body ground big 3 style. Then potentially another big body ground in the trunk where the battery is at. Eventually I'll get some quality distribution blocks to replace the aliexpress ones in the vid but it's more than fine for now.
