My sweet Peanut crossed the rainbow bridge on October 1st at home with myself and Larabee at his side. I know he wouldāve held on forever for me because he was my baby but he let me know after 18 years of life it was time. Thankful for 11 years of adventure and visiting 10 states together and infinite memories.
Peanut was my best friend. I donāt know what to do without him. Not going to be okay for a while. Please have patience as I navigate this grief. I am asking for support and love and for anyone that knew or had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Nut to share all the memories and photos of him. Rest in peace little nugget.

I finished this box just in time for @marketofthebeast tomorrow. The box was handmade from driftwood and has a removable cedar insert. To be honest, I think this might be one of the best pieces Iāve ever made. Wood pyrography is SO DIFFERENT than on bone. But Iām enjoying embracing all salvaged mediums I can get my hands on.

Hereās a cute little pitcher plant piece I did a couple weeks ago. Still needs to find the perfect frame. If this guy doesnāt go at one of my next two events (swipe for deets) I have a special space for him āŗļø
So stoked about my new table banners made thanks to @kerstingraudins Iām so glad to finally up my table display game (itās been far too long). I value all the connections Iāve made in our little world of artists so thank you all for showing up and being so supportive in times where itās hard to find that in other communities. Speaking of, Iāll be at two big events coming up- @marketofthebeast on May 17 and @cryptid_expo on May 23-24 and I have so much to share!
Finished up and FINALLY was able to hand over this finished commission piece for @joshuamonuteaux today. Josh gave me basically complete freedom to do whatever I wanted for his goat skull as long as it was dark and evil. It was very intimidating but I really appreciated his trust in me as an artist. It was so fun to get inspiration and I really liked doing the details around the eye sockets and top jaw line. Josh is a resident artist at Harryās Bar where I work and he does really cool paper art pieces. Thanks for trusting me with your skull, Josh!
So excited I already have a plan for these hand made boxes made from found driftwood from @stinkbutt666 dad (the other Larabee) and lined with cedar. Hoping to have them done by Portland @marketofthebeast if I play my cards right. They are GORGEOUS though! What kinds of designs do you want to see on these beauties??
Iāve got a designated place where some of these newer pieces are going which I will announce soon but in the meantime Iāve got two shows coming up next month. First off is Portland @marketofthebeast at The Redd on the 17th followed by @cryptid_expo the following weekend at the Washington State Fairgrounds from the 23rd-24th.
Worked on some coasters I had for the last @marketofthebeast in Seattle and will have more for the upcoming Portland show 5/17. Something about pyrography is so soothing to me and Iāve been wanting to do more wood burning.
The thing that wood burning has that bone burning doesnāt is the cool ways you can play around with texture. Iāve also been wanting to experiment with all the different mediums that you can do pyrography on. The options are endless! #boneburning #pyrography #BitchesWhoBurn #WoodBurning #DarkArt
