On this day 9 years ago we lost you, I dedicated this project to you and it has been the biggest goal in my time doing what I do to spread Awareness towards Suicide, and Mental Health. to make sure nobody feels alone, Feels unheard, or like they need to go. To make sure no family has to feel this pain, and hurt. To make sure all check on their loved ones often, Listen to them, and try for them because we all face more then what we speak. My heart hurts often over losing you. A beauty that the world needed. You’ve inspired me everyday to try and be as great as you were. I wish I could see all the amazing things you could have done, the heart you had, your beautiful smile and light that your soul shined on all. I miss and love you everyday, and I pray What I do makes you proud. If I could help at least 1 person My dreams would come true, Love for all.

Our hearts are broken as we let our family and friends know that my Nanas one true love, our papa, our hero has gained his angel wings. On the evening of June 14th with his wife of 54 1/2 years, his daughters, his sons and his grandchildren by his side our Papa entered Valhalla to be with his brothers.

As a man he was taught to keep silent, move through the world with your chin up, emotion was a weakness so Emotions became non existent, pain was fuel for the rage towards the world, and the only time life went numb was the bottom of a bottle, a consumption of a substance. A father, a man of christ, a man of violence, all struggle the same, The same empty bottle, the same numb feeling, needed to not be another life taken.
