This month came with so much work honestly, I don’t think I’ve worked this hard in a long time. It was back-to-back, and somewhere in between, I barely had time to properly take care of myself. But beyond the stress, I felt everything. I cried, I smiled, I had moments of pure excitement. I reconnected with a close friend, and that meant a lot to me. It was also my dad’s remembrance, which made the month even more emotional in a different way.
Still, there were soft moments too Easter, seeing my nephew, little pockets of joy that reminded me to pause.
All in all, it was a full month. Heavy, beautiful, overwhelming… but I’m grateful for life.
