Reverie 🌊🌿 Last week I completed my largest mural to date 25.5 meters tall, 225 square meters and 10 days consecutively of painting to complete. Funnily enough I didn’t actually know it was my biggest mural until half way through painting it šŸ˜…. Painting huge walls like this is an absolute dream, I live for it and have enjoyed every second [apart from getting out of bed each morning haha] This wall is inspired by the local Sheffield canal systems, named reverie - a daydream a moment to get lost in what’s around you. This wall is created with @visitsheffield for The Festival of The Outdoors @theoutdoorcity and is also there to support mine and @neckofthewoodstudio new venture of @lickofpaintfest which will be happening next year. Hopefully it will be a kick start to many new murals in Sheffield <3 Photos by the incredible @streetartatlas so happy I could finally get you up for this one :) and @steelcitydronepilot for the drone mind-blowing aerial shots! šŸ“Location at @cubowork Sheffield next to the new pounds park Now be prepared for a long list of thank yous… :) A huge thanks to Alexis Krachai who along side the @sheffieldcitycouncil has supported this project. Another huge thank you to absolutely everyone that has shown support and came to say hello while I have been painting this one. A massive shout out to @enso.enso.enso who has been there throughout most of this project, you were absolute team morale and made the whole process fun throughout. A big thanks to @spray_plantuk for the support letting us use the Graco Quick Shot Ultra [which is amazing by the way] to get the under coat painted, I think we would have been finished 4 days later without you guys! And lastly a huge thanks to @rowlandscaffoldltd and Apollo Cradles if anyone in the Sheffield area need access these are the guys to go to Now Im going to rest and cuddle my dog for a week āœŒļø #streetart #sheffield #streetartsheffield

Photos from my latest wall at @pulpafestival This painting was inspired by the idea of reconnecting with your inner child. Over the past few years, I’ve had many conversations with artists about how doing so opens up a creative space in your mind. I’ve always felt that @kitsunejolene ’s headphones visually captured this feeling✨ We would stick gems and glitter stars onto our accessories. A reminder that life is about play, and that playfulness feeds creativity 🫶 Effy, @enso.enso.enso ’s and @mhairidotjoy daughter are also in this painting I haven’t had many children in my life until recently, but it’s been wonderful to watch the kids around me now and how imaginative and free they are ā¤ļø A big thank you to @hannah_judah for letting me use her amazing photo of Jolene painting which encapsulates everything above🫶 The photograph was taken at Hit the North with @seedheadarts . Morocco > London - final shots Inspired by our trip to Morocco, this mural blends images I captured from the warm glow of lanterns to the vibrant textures of the souks, and the rich colors drawn from the country’s crafts and landscapes. My goal was to create something that felt authentic, reflecting how I felt and experienced during the trip, while also paying tribute to Morocco’s cultural heritage, history, and atmosphere. At the same time, I wanted to keep the piece true to my style, keeping it bold and energetic that feels right at home for this space here in London. The lion serves as an anchor of the mural, symbolising the Atlas Lions, the nickname of Morocco’s national football team, embodying pride and strength. This was a key element of the brief, as it ties in with the AFCON football tournament taking place this year in Morocco! Thanks to @tripadvisor for making this happen! And a big shout out to @blankwalls__ for bringing me onto the project, leading the inspiration trip in Morocco, and production support in London šŸ™Œ šŸ“· @louistfilm šŸŽØThanks for the support from @montanacansuk #FromMoroccoToMurals

A look back at our projection installation ā€˜Reverie’, created in collaboration with international street artist Peachzz. We used projections to augment and bring to life the towering mural in the heart of Sheffield. A custom soundtrack was also produced by Charla Green, which featured field recordings and spoken words from the people of Sheffield. Burnout First and foremost, as I said in my last post, a huge shout out to @yardworksglasgow and @gazmacswg3 for putting on such an amazing event. It’s truly one of my favourite festivals, especially because you get to experiment, and paint freely. Play is so important to us as artists. This mural was inspired by my personal experience with burnout last year, something I’m still feeling the effects of now. I’d not experienced it before, and I think as artists we can sometimes feel like machines, constantly pumping out huge-scale projects and ideas, last year I really felt the toll that it can all take on you. At times it felt like being creatively dead while still trying to build the bloom around you. I wanted this painting to feel a bit Shakespearean and theatrical, with darker yet whimsical undertones, capturing creativity and exhaustion side by side. A rainbow glass paintbrush balances delicately through the eye, fragile and breakable. If I’m being completely honest, I felt a real sense of anxiety coming into the festival, which is very unlike me. But I’m so lucky to be surrounded by such incredible people, and those feelings didn’t last long at all. Now, I’m not saying ā€œplease don’t book meā€ haha, I’m good.. but being self-employed is a constant balancing act, and it can be hard to say no to projects. Going back to what I said earlier, it’s so important to have fun and make time to play, and attending festivals like this does exactly that. I feel more accomplished, refreshed, and excited for what the rest of the year holds <3 Big up to @enso.enso.enso for letting me take photographs of his REAL human skull for references and to @rossbside for the amazing photos! Lastly big shout out to @montanacansuk and @globalartsuppliesltd for the continued support 🫶

Burnout šŸ’€ @yardworksglasgow huge congratulations on 10 years. Your hard work really shows. Honoured to paint such an incredible spot and push new ideas at scale. This is why festivals like this matter, they genuinely push for and support creativity! Here’s a snippet of the process, I will share more about the wall when the final shots drop. Shoutout to @montanacansuk @globalartsuppliesltd for the support, and @streetartcities for the footage (and the train chats). Big love to all the incredible artists, so good seeing you all ā¤ļøšŸ«¶

Smell the roses šŸ’® The other day I heard something that stayed with me: ā€œFlowers aren’t meant to last. Their purpose is to keep us present. They grow, they bloom, they thrive… and then they’re gone.ā€ A friend of mine from my younger years passed away recently. It hit hard. It is easy to lose touch with people over time but the memories stay with you for a lifetime. This bouquet that @sophiodling and I created together is a celebration of moments in time personal memories, from small trinkets to meaningful heirlooms. You can’t hold onto everything. And now more than ever, with all the distractions around us, we need to try a little harder to be present. A quiet celebration of the beauty in life, knowing moments don't last forever, so we must savour them Love you, Joey. Rest in peace ā¤ļø

🚨 BIG NEWS 🚨Peachzz is coming to Tanzania!! We are so excited to welcome this phenomenal street artist, muralist and storyteller to Team LNADJ for our upcoming trip this February… ā€œI believe anyone can paint and be creative, and I hope to share that with the people I meet.ā€ Originally discovering spray painting in forgotten industrial spaces, Peachzz’s work explores themes of nature, mythology, life and community, bringing colour and meaning to concrete spaces around the world. With over a decade of mural experience and recent global recognition for her work, she brings both skill and heart to everything she does. In Tanzania, Peachzz will be delivering Street to Street workshops, creating large-scale murals with young people and showing that even the biggest creative projects are possible when you build them together. ā€œWe’ve been making murals since the Stone Age - it’s expressive, fun, and can shine a light on places that need a splash of colour.ā€ We can’t wait to see the walls Peachzz brings to life alongside the children and young people she will be working with. Read Peachzz’s interview in full at link in bio or our comments below. Welcome to the Street to Street family Peachzz! Big Love and Smiles, Team LNADJ X #LNADJ #Peachzz #StreetToStreet #WomenInStreetArt #ArtForChange #CreativityForGood #Tanzania
