Innerbloom is about balance and transformation. It explores how fermentation, time, and careful technique allow flavors to develop from within rather than dominate.
Ethiopian coffee forms a floral and clean base, while fermented guava and raspberry lactic add gentle funk and natural acidity. Earl Grey tea connects the coffee to citrus and fruit, extending aroma and structure. Pomelo grapefruit brings brightness, while apricot cordial balances sweetness without overpowering the drink.
The final touch is a soft vanilla cheese foam, adding texture and comfort, finished with crushed freeze-dried raspberry for aroma.
Innerbloom represents flavors blooming quietly, working together in harmony.
