We’re thrilled to share some exciting news!
Our office in collaboration with
@lan_architecture , has won the Florenc21: Phase West - B04 (
@florenc21_ ) competition!
The Florenc21 competition focused on the redevelopment of a large central area in Prague, Czech Republic, divided into four parts - and B04 represents one of these key sections.
After less than a year of work and three competition stages, our joint proposal for a complex of three buildings - two residential and one hotel - located in the very heart of Prague - has been selected as the winning design.
We would also like to congratulate our fellow winners for their outstanding projects in the other areas of the Florenc21 competition.
We’re proud to share the visuals of this exciting new project!
B04A Building A defines the eastern edge of the new square, acting as a symbolic gateway to the district. Its slightly tilted form towards Desfours Palace highlights the site’s history, while the central courtyard brings light and openness to the apartments. The distinctive concrete façade creates a clear urban landmark - a meeting point between the city’s past and future.
B04B Located between the two residential buildings, the hotel forms the heart of the complex. With its open, light-filled patio and panoramic rooftop terrace, it becomes a modern hub of hospitality. The clear concrete and glass structure reveals its layered program - from public ground floors to elevated common spaces overlooking Prague.
B04C Marking the southern skyline, Building C links two squares and connects the street with the promenade through active, open ground floors. Its dynamic façade of loggias and concrete panels - some patterned by local artists - gives the building rhythm and depth. A composition of light, texture, and color, it adds a vibrant pulse to the new urban landscape.
