Here's a recently completed project for @theeetone . An old Gibson acoustic with a broken headstock. I'd never done a headstock repair before but I figured it was time to learn. First is a pic of the happy customer himself followed by a few pictures I took throughout the process. It was a bit nerve wracking at times but I got it done and it turned out pretty damn good for a first-timer, I think. If you've read this far and need a guitar setup or repair, dm me please. Here's another guitar project that I finished last year. Salvaged from John Dwyer's shed. It was missing several parts but it was still easier than the Kay, yet posed similar challenges for the electronics. Mainly fitting wires through for the footswitch where the pickup selector usually goes. That's for the @stewmac_guitar Klon clone in the cavity where cartridges used to go. Anyway this is my #1 with @memomemomemopst : see it in action 12/22 @permanentrecordsroadhouse with @ingrates_band , I'll be wearing a custom guitar strap from @ruber_city_roubles either way
