As a founder @connect_covo , I try to fall into the “9-5” mould but it’s difficult because some of my work days can end at 3am in the morning, so each day is unique, but I try my best to stick to a routine.
What do I do? It’s mostly managing people, I have a lot of meetings too so I purposefully block out deep-focus time. No one day looks the same, but one thing they all have in common? Long hours.
