Stretching and mobility!
In my opinion, stretching and mobility exercises are highly underrated. It can happen manage stress, keep you injury free and can help recover after a hard workout or run.
I do these stretches at least once per day! It helps me stay loose when I’m running a lot and it helps me destress.
I love this routine after a workout and before bed.

20 and 2 leg workout
Start with 2 lunges, then 20 squats.
Next round 4 lunges, then 18 squats.
Next wound 6 lunges, then 16 squats.
Over and over until you get all the way until you get to 20 and 2.

January 1st to April 1st there’s a group of us doing a, for lack of better words, a “diet challenge”. Low carb is what we’re doing, becoming healthier is the goal. We’ll start a group chat and share recipes and encouragement, successes and hard days.

Crystal doesn’t ever go to the gym but she was on a trip, and a gym was there so why not put it to use? For us, movement- whether that’s running or lifting or call it what you may- keeps us healthy physically and mentally. So that means we do the work on vacation, when it’s inconvenient, and when we don’t feel like it. Motivation has to come from within. Change my mind!
